At The Sticker Guys, we take pride in producing high-quality products. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We may ask for photos to confirm the issue

  • Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund

  • Faulty items may need to be returned before a refund or replacement is issued

We do not cover faults caused by misuse, incorrect application, or general wear and tear.

Refunds

  • Refunds can only be issued before an order has been dispatched

  • Once tracking information has been provided, the order is considered dispatched

  • After dispatch, refunds will only be considered once the item has been returned to us, unused and in its original condition

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Customised / Personalised Products

We do not accept returns or refunds on customised or personalised products.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Custom text

  • Bespoke sizes

  • Custom designs

  • Made-to-order stickers or prints

Please double-check all details before confirming your order. Once production starts, it cannot be reversed.

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos if the item is faulty or damaged
